The Samsung Beat Disc is a very sleek looking phone that is expected to be released this second quarter of 2009. It has the dimensions of one hundred and six millimetres in height by fifty millimetres in width by fourteen millimetres in depth, and has a weight of ninety nine grams. The Samsung Beat Disc comes with a large 2.6inch TFT screen that can display up to sixteen million colours and is equipped with an accelerometer for auto rotate, which would enable users to view the screen either in horizontal or vertical mode.

This mobile phone has an internal memory of eight megabytes and offers an expandable memory card slot that can support up to sixteen gigabytes of additional memory storage, through the use of a microSD memory card. In the phone book users would be able to save up to one thousand names with photo call and in the call records users would be able to save up to thirty entries for each dialled, received and missed calls. The Samsung Beat Disc also has a 3.5mm audio jack wherein users can plug in compatible headphones, which can be used for listening to music or for hands free calls.

It supports EDGE technology for high speed data transfer and it also has a built in web browser for users to be able to surf the internet using this handset. The Samsung Beat Disc has pre downloaded games that users would enjoy and they are also able to download their own favourite games. The Samsung Beat Disc has a 3.15 megapixel camera that would enable users to capture their happy moments using this phone.
